Live-Work Building

The live-work buildings are intended to provide a mixed-use capability within the community of Winnebago, NE. The idea is to provide quality housing within close distance to work-places.

These two-story buildings have commercial uses at the ground floor with spacious and contemporary apartment housing above with parking on-site. In terms of construction materials the buildings were designed to create a sense of urbanity but also to be fairly resilient to use and ware.
