Flatwater Development

The Flatwater Development was conceived by Sioux City developer Ho Chunk Capital, which eventually is envisioned to include several apartment buildings, commercial facilities and single-family structures. These two mixed-use apartment buildings represent the first two mixed-use buildings to be built on the Missouri Riverfront site in South Sioux City, NE.

Each of the two buildings consists of commercial space on the first floor and apartment housing on the upper levels. Aesthetically, they were designed to be not only unique in the area, but also to be modern and yet warm in style.
